Pcc Foundation Announces Advancing Science Campaign

Annika Gotlieb, No. 4 of Langham Creek High School's top five, will face Rockwall High School's Elizabeth Duvall in a match for the 128-pound championship in the 19th annual CFISD Invitational on Jan. 8 at the Berry Center. 5 of 5 Mr. Franklin Sampson, CFISD director of guidance and counseling, was recently elected vice president of the Lone Star State School Counseling Association (LSSSCA).

According to state law, the first day of the 2022-2023 school year will be August 22. The 2021 fall calendar was developed by a committee made up of teachers, parents, community members and staff, according to a district news release.

Pcc Earns 2022 2023 Military Friendly® School Designation

"This three-week guided tour is designed to help reduce barriers to library concerns for both students and community visitors," said Liz Nebeker, reference librarian in a college press release. "The tour includes library resources and services available to help you succeed in classroom and community projects. Come find "what to do where" in the library and meet our librarians who are "resource experts" to serve you.

Franklin Sampson, director of guidance and counseling at Cy-Fair ISD, has been elected vice president of the Lone Star State Association of School Counselors.

"This will be a great opportunity and will give me the opportunity to continue to thank others," Sampson said in a news release. "I do everything I can to make an impact on other people's lives, it has become part of my daily goals. Serving in this capacity will help our organization move to the next level. I am in the unique position of overseeing nearly 300 school counselors, 19 social, 4 mental health counselors, and one substance abuse counselor. I will use my influence to continue to feed this incredible company."

Changes Coming To Tnachieves Mentoring Program

Cy-Fair ISD won 18 medals for wrestlers at the 19th CFISD Invitational on Jan. 7-8, including two individual championships.

Cypress Ranch High School's wrestlers graduated with the top spot in the CFISD school district, while the Cy Ranch boys finished as the top CFISD team in the boys tournament.

Kahla Elementary School students and staff ran Bears for the Blue, collecting new and used animals for CFSD and other police departments.

According to a statement from the city, they collected 160 stuffed animals to be distributed to children with disabilities. Chat.

The drive was planned by Kahla's classroom paraprofessional Kelsey Jackson and secretary Dolores Frayler as an opportunity to help other students. The trip started on January 5th and ended on January 13th.

"It's a community service project," Jackson said. "I've talked to some kids who are struggling economically and hearing them talk about Donating animals to others in need is a wonderful thing.
